Individually-tailored

An individually tailored programme designed in order to fit your personal goals. This training programme will allow you to develop and improve your desired area of fitness - it may range from an increase of lean muscle mass (fat-free mass); body fat reduction; an increase in power or strength training or improving your cardiovascular fitness (training the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems).

Once established, your plan will be carefully programmed in order to help you achieve your goals; whether long-terms or short-term.

8- Week Shoulder Boulder Programme

This programme will help you achieve full roundness to your deltoids - Debbie is well-known for her shoulder development and due to high-demand, she has provided a purchasable programme which involves her weekly shoulder routine. This will allow you to target each deltoid head for optimal development and mass.

12-Week booty-building programme

Looking for fuller, rounder glutes?

 

Well, the 12-week booty-building programme has been designed  to achieve just that. This programme is a great addition to your current training programme to bring up that weaker part of the posterior chain - implementing glute and hamstring-specific exercises that tie in with one another in order to develop strength, size and definition.

One-to-one session Terms & Conditions

Cancellations and 'no shows' may potentially lose their session fee - this is dependent on the individual's circumstance. e.g. if there is a genuine reason, one will not lose their session fee. However, if this is a reoccurring issue, one will unfortunately be subject to this clause.
